Food allergies and intolerances can be a real dangerous bummer, and given that chocolate is a "feel good" treat we want you to feel good and not worry. We have put together these tables to help you make safer, educated choices with respect to your indulgences.
It's important to note that we DO work with peanuts and tree nuts here at Choklat so we can't guarantee anything is "nut free". However, the owner's daughter has a deadly peanut allergy and has been treating our factory like her own personal buffet since day one (Haha! Who wouldn't!?) and has never had a reaction. True story!"

Ingredients. Quality is Policy #1
Our internal philosophy is "NO mono's, 'ates or 'ites. No exceptions" (Well.. except for baking soda and baking powder). What this means is that we don't use food stabilizers or preservatives to extend the shelf life of our products. While it also means that we can't make some of the beautiful creations that other culinary professionals make, we feel the end taste of the product is more important anyway.
Having said that you will see below a list of every ingredient we use here at Choklat. When it comes to purity of flavour, you'll now see we don't mess around and spare no expense. The ingredients you will see below can all be found in your own cupboard at home. In fact if we can't get the quality we want, we simply make it or grow it ourselves, such as the peppermint we cultivate, or the graham wafers and marshmallows we make for our own smore's.
