Our focus here at Choklat is unapologetically 100% dedicated to flavour. Because of this dedication, we cut back the sweetness and actually make TWO kinds of white chocolate - white chocolate with vanilla, and white chocolate without vanilla. By not adding vanilla to our white chocolate for our truffles we can truly celebrate the delicate flavours of the various fresh fruits and other ingredients we use to make them.
