Cocoa nibs are the purest expression of chocolate — the roasted, crushed heart of the cacao bean and the very foundation of everything we craft at Choklat. Sourced from the renowned Ocumare region of Venezuela and freshly roasted in-house, these intensely flavourful nibs add a bold, aromatic crunch to salads, desserts, drink toppings, and savoury dishes like molé. Each 300 g bag contains the same premium nibs we use in our award-winning drinking chocolate, decadent brownies, and virtually all of our chocolate baking. They are versatile ingredient for elevating both sweet and savoury creations.
