Delivery Policy

We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped promptly. Unless the customer chooses a specific date to initiate delivery, orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. As general rule, delivery within the city of Calgary takes place from 10am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. Deliveries outside of Calgary will be conducted based on the hours of operation of the carrier we use to send the order. Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is being prepared, and again with tracking information once their order has shipped, then a final email within a couple of weeks of shipping to confirm delivery and ask for feedback. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase to avoid delivery issues.

 Refund Policy

As this is a food product, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly with your order details and a photo of the issue. You may contact us by clicking the "Get In Touch" link at the bottom of every screen on this site. At our discretion, we will either replace the product or issue a refund for the purchase price of that item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original method of payment.
