Your evening starts with a hot drinking chocolate topped with our signature blue whipped cream, and a brief history of the origins of this yummy confection. Then we pull the curtain back and show you just how chocolate is made! You'll see equipment than many chocolatiers never, in their entire careers get to see. Then the yumminess begins with a tasting of all of the different types of chocolate we make right here from some of the rarest cocoa beans in the world. We'll even compare it to what many people think is premium chocolate. You'll never look at chocolate the same way again. We promise!
