Our facility has been Health Canada approved, GPP compliant, organic certified, and built for consistent quality at scale, with the capacity to refine up to 2,000 kg per day.

If your current couverture isn’t meeting the mark, we can help. Whether you need tighter consistency, richer flavour development, silkier texture, or simply something that sets you apart from everyone else, our team and infrastructure can help.
For larger production runs we have a one shot molding line on site that can make as many as 45,000 chocolate bars per day, as well as multiple flow wrappers to keep up.
