Just as there is a difference between an industrial cooking wine, and an $80 merlot, there is a difference between the inexpensive bulk chocolate everyone else uses and the chocolate we make on site. We use the rarest, fine flavour cocoa beans in the world. We roast them at low temperatures to ensure they don't burn. We grind them longer than other manufacturers, resulting in a silky smooth mouth feel.
Our unique processes create a decadent, rich chocolate experience wtih no chalky bitterness common in most dark chocolate, and no cannabis flavour at all.

As a chocolate manufacturer first and foremost, we currently we import 5 varieties of cocoa beans from 5 different regions of the world - Venezeula, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador and Peru. Each variety has it's own very distinctive flavour profile.
If you have never had premium dark chocolate before you may be a bit startled by the taste. You see, cocoa beans are the seed of a tropical fruit. When it's harvested, it's covered in a pulp that tastes... well... fruity! Naturally, as those beans are processed into a good quality chocolate some of the fruitiness is preserved. This is a stark contrast to much of the chocolate we get here in North America, which in comparison is usually gritty, chalky and dry and tastes muddy and quite lack lustre.
The cocoa beans we use for our cannabis lines of products come from Peru. They have incredible depth of flavour and are great for masking any of the terpene flavours that cannabis typically imparts in an edible product.
